Past/Current Events

    NCF is an organization that loves to give back to the community and spread love/the gospel spirit. What better way to spread that love and gospel spirit than by planning special events for the community to participate in. A past event NCF hosted was a Pancake Outreach on March 18th, 2022. The members of NCF provided pancakes for students and any other outsiders that showed up to the event. The purpose of this event is not only to spread God’s word, but it was also a great opportunity for people to mingle around and greet each other. The biggest thing NCF wants is for its members/new members to come together and spread the love and gospel spirit. The Pancake outreach was a good start to kick off the spring semester and was also a great idea to serve some type of food for the members and people that came to the event. 

    A recent event that NCF hosted was the soup kitchen on April 2nd, 2022. For those that don’t know, a soup kitchen is a place where free food is served to the homeless or people in desperate need of food for their families. The Soup Kitchen took place at Crossroads Church in Lima, Ohio, and started at 7am. NCF gathered a bunch of members and other attendants to the church to give back to the community by feeding the homeless and needy a nicely cooked breakfast and giving the families ingredients, recipes, and other items to take home with them. NCF is achieving great things that a bunch of people that don’t have a heart want to do, by having events like these and getting people to understand the true meaning of giving love to others’s the gospel way shows that NCF wants to make positive changes to not just the community it is surrounded by, but also across the world.
