Better Version Of Myself
As the year 2021 is coming close to an end, 2022 will be the best year I have ever had, and I manifested that in so many ways. 2021 this year can best be described as a wild rollercoaster. Although I’ve had some good memories from this year, I also have had many wicked and rainy days. This year has absolutely taught me that self-care is the most important thing you should take care of to gain happiness in your life. I was so stuck on stressing about things in the past, overthinking situations, and letting the bad days get to me to a point where it drove me mentally crazy. This semester has also taught me so much more responsibility than ever. Some people tend to blame all their problems on others or make so many excuses for their own mistakes and I feel like this semester taught me how to own up as a man for my mistakes and to never blame someone else for my own downfall.
Some personal goals I have for next year is to get closer to the lord, create a vision board, get better sleep every night, workout at least 4 times a week, cut off all negative energy around me, surround myself around more positivity, and become a better version of myself every single day. I speak everything into existence when I say I believe 2022 will be the best year of my life. I’m super excited to see what 2022 has in store for me and that I stand by all my goals to become a better version of myself. I want everyone to know that whatever you’re going through in life, everything will be ok! No matter how hard life gets at some point, always remember that you’re strong-minded, loved, and a soldier of life. I hope everyone has a great rest of 2021, loves one another, and carries a positive attitude no matter what.
I've had a very similar 2021, and am also looking to change myself for the better. The comment you made about getting better sleep and working out 4 times a week sound super helpful, can't wait to try it out!
ReplyDeleteIn 2021, I had many of the same experiences. Creating physical and mental goals is something that has really helped me become successful. Keep working.
